Injury Clinic

For the treatment of injuries and chronic pain, Liz uses Acupuncture combined with Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage.  This combination works well to speed up recovery time and to restore mobility.

Other Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as moxa, cupping and herbal plasters to help the healing process are also used.

As a highly qualified Yoga Teacher, Liz will give gentle stretches and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility.

Tui Na massage is an excellent therapy for treating sports injuries, back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow and frozen shoulder.  It’s also very beneficial for longer-term chronic painful conditions such as MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, neuralgia, migraines and peripheral neuropathy.
