For the treatment of injuries and chronic pain, Liz uses Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage. After running a busy acupuncture and Tui Na Massage practice for nearly 10 years, Liz now specialises in this ancient massage as an effective, completely non-invasive treatment for injuries and pain.
Often, Liz combines Tui Na massage with moxa, cupping and herbal plasters to relieve pain and speed up the healing process. As a highly qualified Yoga Teacher, Liz will give gentle stretches and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility.
Tui Na massage is an excellent therapy for treating sports injuries, back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow and frozen shoulder. It’s also very beneficial for longer-term chronic painful conditions such as MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, neuralgia, migraines and peripheral neuropathy.
Just give Liz a call to discuss how Tui Na can help you – if she’s unable to help herself, Liz knows other therapists in the area she can personally recommend.
